Exhibitors Judging Guidlines
1. “Vote For” cards must be accessible to the Judges at all times – outside the vehicle.
2. Battery must be disconnected and the gas tank cap taped (except locking caps). If this is not done, your “Vote For” card will be removed and taken to the Judging Office. This must be corrected before show time Friday or the vehicle will not be judged.
3. If you have a short summary of any modifications or items of interest to point out to the Judges, put a short note on the front seat of your vehicle or attach it to the “Vote For” card.
4. Questions about or changes in classification must be addressed by show time Friday.
5. Single car classes will not be judged! Time permitting and Judges willing, we will judge single car classes upon the owner’s request. Request must be made at the Judging Office.
6. Open all compartments that are to be judged. Judges will not open doors, hoods, trunks, or move cleaning supplies.
7. Judging will start at show time Friday. Your vehicle should be ready to be judged at all times!
8. All Judges will be wearing a badge, shirt or jacket identifying them while they are judging. Please do not distract or delay the Judge. We want to give each entry our complete attention.
9. If you have any questions, contact the Judging Supervisor at the Judging Office.
10. Judging sheets will be available after the show (when the awards program is complete) on Sunday. You must bring your “Vote For” card to the Judging Office to pick up judging sheets.
You may not pick up other entrant’s judging sheets. |
